• Do your prices include VAT?

  No all our prices exclude VAT.

• Can I get hold of a Catalogue?

  You are able to download a catalogue from the website. Scroll down the home page until you find the option.

• Do you provide goods on a sale or return basis?

  Unfortunately, none of our goods are supplied on a sale or return basis.

• Do I have to register on the website to be able to make a purchase?

  Yes, you need to register and have your website account approved before you can purchase.

• Do you have a minimum order?

  We have no minimum order however carriage will be charged if order under £150 net.

• Can I choose the time of day that my goods arrive?

  Our goods are delivered using either a courier service or our own vans and whilst we are unable to offer a specific time slot, most deliveries occur between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excludes Bank Holidays). This applies to UK only.

• What is the carrier charge for orders under £150 net?

  £10 plus VAT.

• What is your timescale for reporting damaged or missing goods?

  3 days from receipt.
